DZG single-knife capping machine is suitable for sealing 5 ml-25 ml antibiotic control bottle. It can automatically complete the process of bottle cleaning, bottle entry and capping, capping and bottle exit. The rolling planetary mechanism is properly used in the rolling cover of the machine, which has the characteristics of firm rolling mouth, good sealing, smooth and wrinkle-free aluminum cover, no trace, high breakage rate and simple operation. The control part adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to realize stepless speed regulation function. If necessary, the protective cover can be made separately.
The working principle of Y-XZ Xilin bottle capping mill:
The bottle arranging mechanism is to transport the scattered bottles to the dialing wheel and then enter the turntable for capping and rolling. The cover is made of an electromagnetic oscillator. The vibration of the oscillator hopper is caused by the vibration of the electromagnet in the hopper of the oscillator. The disordered aluminum in the hopper is covered in an orderly arrangement, and then it enters the guide rail for the upper cover. Rolling cap is planetary mechanism, which can adjust the difference of bottle shape and size by itself, reduce the breakage rate of bottle and improve the qualified rate of cap rolling. The bottle is discharged by dialing wheel to put the sealed bottle into the bottle track, and then directly into the disc and out of the machine.
